When the master of the house, architect by profession and chef for passion, has the inspiration, invites the guests to stay for dinner and sample his specialties: mussels and onion from Tropea and oregano, the “Millinfanti“, vermicelli pasta and mussels , saffron, baked courgette flowers and tomatoes on rocket and potatoes cream or ricotta gnocchi with sauce of red mullet and wild fennel.
The Sala della Seta overlooks a quiet outdoor terrace, with tables and chairs under an iron and canes pergola, decorated with pots of mulberry trees and lemon trees. Perfect for breakfast in the open air, in spring and summer.
The thirty-five square meters Solarium with chaises longue is ideal for relaxing or sunbathing or having a conversation. Leaning against the wall there are elegant terracotta and white enamel vases with small trees of pomegranate and olive.
